-don’t be ashamed to list your hobbies and interests. Your passion for bridge can be a sign for the employer that you have some analytic skills. Your passion for traveling (e.g. around the world with canoe) may suggest that you aren’t affraid of any challenges etc.
-actualise your CV so it will be up-to-date. It should reflect the development of your career, experience and skills
-individualism and originality are generally valued but unfortunatelly not in this case
